1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CartFox. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items marked as final sale or customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
